- Amit Shah’s Gujarat Visit: Inaugurated Urban Health Centres in Ahmedabad (₹3.84 cr & ₹3.76 cr projects), launched Dial-112 Janrakshak ERSS with 500 emergency vehicles, redeveloped Sardar Baug Garden (₹12 cr PPP model), and led a plantation drive under Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam.
- PRYMA Aerospace Arjuna Drone: DGCA granted Type Certification for the indigenously developed Arjuna drone for agriculture use — crop spraying, precision farming. PRYM’s Drone School of Excellence approved as India’s first RPTO.
- MoTA Launches Adi Vaani: India’s first AI-powered tribal language translator launched in Beta version. Supports Santali, Bhili, Mundari, Gondi. Developed by IIT Delhi-led consortium with BITS Pilani, IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Naya Raipur, and Tribal Research Institutes.
- WaveX–IICT Mumbai Media Tech Incubator: Launched to boost AVGC-XR startups (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Comics, Extended Reality). First batch of 15 startups to be incubated with facilities like AV labs, cloud credits, and mentorship from global tech giants.
🌍 International Affairs
- PM Modi’s Japan Visit: Attended 15th India–Japan Annual Summit in Tokyo. Signed 13 MoUs covering HR, environment, digital tech, space, and culture. Japan pledged ¥10 trillion (~USD 65 billion) investment in India over 10 years. Modi gifted a Daruma doll and exchanged Kashmiri Pashmina Shawl.
- Exercise Maitree 2025: 14th edition of India–Thailand joint military exercise began in Umroi, Meghalaya (Sep 1–14). Focus: counter-terrorism in semi-urban terrain. First edition was in 2006; last hosted by India in 2019.
💰 Banking & Economy
- SBI–AFD Agreement: SBI signed a €100 million Line of Credit with France’s AFD at GIFT City, Gandhinagar to promote green financing and climate resilience. Aligns with SBI’s target of 7.5–10% green portfolio by 2030.

- Educate Girls NGO Wins Ramon Magsaysay Award 2025: First Indian NGO to win this award for promoting girls’ education. Founded by Safeena Husain in 2007. Other winners: Shaahina Ali (Maldives) & Flaviano Villanueva (Philippines).
- T.C.A. Kalyani Appointed 29th CGA: Succeeded S.S. Dubey. A 1991 ICAS officer, she has served in MoD, DoT, MoF, MoSJE, MoCF, MIB, and MHA. Known for DBT rollout and digital reforms.

- BHEL–DMRL Agreement: Signed LAToT to manufacture fused silica radar domes for missiles using advanced Cold Isostatic Pressing & Sintering techniques.
- DRDO Naval Flare System: Handed over Signal Star Naval Flare system for Kalvari-class submarines in Pune. Acts as a countermeasure against enemy torpedoes.

- India Tops Asian Shooting Championship: Won 99 medals (50 gold, 26 silver, 23 bronze) at Shymkent, Kazakhstan. First time India topped the medal tally.
- India to Participate in Pickleball World Cup 2025: First-ever Indian team announced (14 members) for the event in Florida, USA (Oct 27–Nov 2).
- Oscar Piastri Wins Dutch GP 2025: McLaren driver secured his 7th win of the season at Zandvoort, Netherlands. Verstappen finished 2nd, Isack Hadjar (France) achieved maiden podium.
